Self Defense not only enhances situational awareness but also confidence. This course entails understanding the fundamentals of defending yourself. You're able to either do 1-on-1 (costs extra) or as a group. This trial course will be offered once just in order for you to get a taste of what it is like. The instructor will make sure that you are comfortable throughout the entire course. He will ask you various questions throughout the duration of the course.
